What Are The Benefits?

We don’t require full evidence of your clients income, instead we will rely on the strength of the rent income from the commercial property used to secure your loan.

If you clients are self-employed and unable to show income evidence, traditionally they would look for an alternative documentation loan which may still require additional income docs to be provided, a lease doc is much simpler in that we just need the lease of the security property.
