The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a scheme of the Australian Government that funds costs associated with disability. Two types of government support – Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Supported Independent Living (SIL). Our NDIS product is available for both established residential NDIS compliant properties and construction of residential NDIS compliant properties.

What Are the Benefits?

NDIS properties often provide stable rental income due to long-term leases with the government or approved NDIS tenants.

With the increasing demand for disability accommodation, especially as the NDIS continues to expand, there can be opportunities for capital growth and increased rental demand.

The application process is the same as a traditional home loan, we just need to ensure that the properties are certified and enrolled with the NDIS.
